At BLS International, we constantly strive to offer a range of hi-end services to enhance customer satisfaction. As part of our constant and on-going endeavour to add value to applicants’ experience, it is our privilege to offer the following service:

Kindly Note: - The Value added services (VAS services) are optional and are provided by BLS.

Using the premium lounge service does not mean that your visa will be processed faster. Issue of visa / passport is purely at the discretion of the Consulate General of Spain/Embassy of Spain.

Travel Insurance is mandatory for travelling to Spain. You may get your travel insurance from any authorized insurance company or from the below two options.

Travel Insurance:

Note: All above mentioned services are completely voluntary and it does not guarantee faster turnaround time for your application.

Applicants can avail Prime time appointments through our website, however kindly note:

  • Appointments are mandatory for prime time applications, walk in applicants will not be entertained.
  • Applications being submitted in between 4 PM to 7 PM (Mon-Fri) will take an additional day to reach mission for processing.

Applications being submitted in between 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri) at satellite centres will take an additional day to reach mission for processing.

The Consulate General of Spain/Embassy of Spain has implemented a change in the arrangement for collection of passport(s) from the BLS Visa Application Centre, hence it will no longer be possible for third parties to collect the documents on behalf of an applicant, except in the following cases:

  • Immediate Family Member (i.e. Parents, Children, Siblings)
  • One member of a group collecting for the entire group
  • A person collecting on behalf of Govt. officials if authorized on the Govt. letter head or department
  • Representative of a company - Authorization letter on the letter head of the company and the official ID card

If any of the above come for passport collection they need to carry the following documents:

  • Photocopy of Govt. ID card
  • Original ICR
  • Authorization Letter from applicant

Applicants who do not wish to collect their documents in person and whose documents cannot be collected by one of the above should select pass back by courier at the time they make their visa application

Please note passports will be delivered to applicant’s home address /applicant’s office address

The applicants are requested to mention the complete delivery address on the covering letter. In case no specific address is mentioned on the covering letter, the passport will be sent to the address mentioned on the Visa Application Form.

This procedural change is to ensure the safe and secure return of documents to applicants.

The courier form should have the address of the applicant’s residence or office only. The courier address will not be that of the travel agency.

In case an applicant wants to personally collect the passport from the BLS International office then she/he does not require to opt for courier.

Note:

  • The above services are optional
  • The fees stipulated include GST as applicable
  • Applicants are requested to collect appropriate receipts for using these services
  • The courier services shall be confined to areas covered by the courier company. Please check with the submission officer.
  • If you have the DND (Do not Disturb) service activated on your mobile number, you may not receive the messages updating your application status.
